Wearable art is our favorite kind. That's why this July--on Friday the 13th, no less--we were some very lucky ladies. Set to the beats and visuals of DJ Ahmed Samy (who has quickly become a staple and favorite of ours), Ode became the pop-up locale for 5 beautiful and talented designers featuring their "wears"--Erin McNally's leather/brass accessories and paper cut-outs; Jen Cardillo's edgy/pretty jewelry; Thea Price-Eckles' intricately architectural earrings; Idalia Cintron's wildly bold statement necklaces; and Matreya Hughes' hand-designed silkscreened tops and tees. By the end of the night, everyone was rightfully inspired and artfully adorned.
